Originally inspired from a photograph the customer liked, this kitchen was designed to fit the space and built from scratch. The predominant feature is the V-grooved facade, and this required a great deal of drafting and thought to have all the Vs divide evenly across each door and drawer front. All the spacing is within 1/8″ across all the different cabinet runs -  a result I am proud of.

As is typical of my cabinets, all carcasses are built from 3/4″ birch plywood, including the backs. Doors and drawer fronts are solid hard maple with the Vs routed into the face on site using a jig. I added battens on the backs of the doors to help keep them flat.

This was a fun project for a very sweet customer.
